Terms of Service
Last updated August 12, 2026
1. Who we are
Vecentis LLC ("Vecentis," "we," "us") is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New York. These Terms govern your use of vecentis.com (the "Site") and any Diagnosis Request you submit through it.
2. What the Site does
The Site lets you submit a Diagnosis Request describing a project you'd like built. Submitting a Diagnosis Request does not create a contract, place an order, or obligate either party. A Diagnosis is a written assessment and practical next step; any pricing is discussed in the email conversation that follows.
3. No public contact channel
Vecentis does not publish a business email, phone number, or address on the Site. The Diagnosis Request form is the only way to contact us. If you've submitted a Diagnosis Request, we will reply using the email address you provided.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false or malicious information through the Diagnosis Request form, attempt to disrupt the Site, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
5. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is." Any actual engagement to design or build software will be governed by a separate written agreement between Vecentis and the client, which will contain its own terms, warranties, and pricing.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vecentis is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
