1. What we collect

The only personal data Vecentis LLC collects is what you submit through the Diagnosis Request form: your name, email address, company (optional), Service Type (optional), Project Budget band, free-text project context, and CTA Source. The form also uses a third-party reCAPTCHA spam check. If you type in the hero field, that draft is temporarily stored in your browser's sessionStorage so it can be carried into the form; it is cleared when read. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party advertising pixels on this Site.

2. How we use it

We use the information in a Diagnosis Request solely to evaluate your request and respond with a diagnosis by email. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.

3. How long we keep it

We retain Diagnosis Requests only as long as needed to respond to you and, if an engagement follows, for the duration of that engagement plus standard recordkeeping. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see below.

4. Your requests

Because Vecentis does not publish a direct contact email or address, the way to reach us about your data — to access, correct, or delete it — is the DiagnosisDiagnosis Request form itself. Send your request there and we'll reply from the email address you originally used.

5. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York.

6. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will always reflect the latest version.
